I called them about the middle of February regarding my radiator that they replaced last April possibly leaking, and possibly for about 4 months. The GM, Mike, was very professional and told me to bring it in when I got through that area. I came in March 1st and they could find nothing showing the radiator was leaking. The tech impressed me with his professionalism so much that I allowed them to change my oil and do a couple repairs I was going to have my primary shop in Kansas City do. So with the oil change, or p.m., came a multi point inspection. They found my drag link was loose, which no shop or D.O.T. officer had found in any of their inspections in the past 2 years! My alignment guy, who does top notch alignments, couldn't figure out why my truck kept pulling, and he gave up on it. This shop found it, and by tightening the drag link, eliminated the vibration and pull! I returned a few weeks later because I was still having a coolant leak, and they warrantied my radiator and replaced it. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any repairs! Everyone on the team here that I talked to was nothing but nice and professional. They have earned my business for mechanical repairs and will be my go to shop going forward! I was traveling from Michigan to Florida with my boat and the whole wheel come off broke all the studs!! I was luckily very near the exit there at the bottom of Tennessee where I pulled asked the guy if there was a chance he could help as I could have done it myself but rather just pay an honest shop to take care of it! Mike come out took a look an said give me a minute we will pull it in get the hub off so I could go grab parts an he would get it rite back together! Wasn’t 30 minutes an he did just that! I ran got parts brought them back and in another 30 minutes or so he was done ready to roll!! An the kicker!! $57.00 is the labor he charged me and even told where to go for the parts witch I had like 15$ in! This place and everyone I interacted with there are amazing!! Never in a million years would expect my whole wheel an tire to fly off an it be less than a hundred bucks fixed in couple hours or less!! Thank you I can’t say thank you enough! I never before have such a great experience with any mechanicals, I was lock the key in my truck, and outside was around 5°F. I run inside the service and ask for help! I faster I can explain what happened, and they started same moment, mechanic guy Josh, live all works hi have it and run with me to my truck. Truck is brend new so it's not so easy to unlock it, but Josh do it for 5 minutes on such a cold weather. I won it to help him, but hi say: "No no no, you are without jacket, you just seat in service car there is warm and hold for the moment" And really hi needed only a moment!
