Very kind friendly family oriented environment always there to help people and always there to serve their needs. I couldn't find a piece on the floor that I was looking for so I described what I was looking for and they ordered it for me they showed me on the computer many different options and choices that I had different brands and price and then they ordered it and it was gorgeous beautiful bedroom set no matter what they're willing to work with you they're willing to negotiate price and they're willing to deliver and they're willing to do whatever it takes to keep their customers happy and their pieces are very good quality hardwood not flimsy but sturdy meant to last pieces pieces you can hand down over time I love going to Suttons so much and my husband doesn't want me going there anymore cuz I had furnished almost my entire house when you have a good friendly partnership between customer it's hard to go anywhere else they are great people with a great attitude I highly...

The steelcase couch and loveseat we purchased several years back faded and peeled immediately. I called and informed them. They sent a dye kit for us to do the repairs ourselves. When it didn’t work... I called and emailed repeatedly, no one would speak with me. This year I saw they had a Facebook page so I rated them and told our story. That is when someone reached out to me. But, the issue was never resolved fully. They admitted they knew there was a dye issue. They sent out a replacement with scratches and dye issues again. When my husband phoned them he was told “y’all should have tried harder”. Really???? So, even though In the beginning I called and emailed repeatedly, no one cared!!! And to sell something you have admitted you knew there was a problem with..... SHAME ON SUTTONS...

I am incredibly picky with my furniture and had searched for four years for the perfect side board for my entry way. I went into Sutton likely 5 times over those years and finally settled on a sideboard. I got it home and the very thing I bought it for did not fit! I was devastated! This was my fault for measuring wrong but the people at Sutton were so patient with me and blessed me with a credit so I could exchange the piece I got. It took me another two months to find one and once I did, I am in love!

Every single person I worked with was great and so helpful. They spent so much time with me and my family. The delivery guys were so careful and even let me know of an imperfection on the new unit before they delivered to make sure I was okay with it.
