Fantastic customer service! Had some log siding on my home that was an unusual size. Could not find anyone who could provide or source the siding. Fortunately, someone referred me to Feuer Lumber. I called and spoke with John Feuer (so nice to speak with the guy in charge!) and he told me to bring in a sample and he'd take a look. I dropped in and gave him the sample and he promised he'd have an answer for me in a week or so. True to his word, he called me back and gave me a quote for the siding which was well within reason. We gave them a deposit and the siding was delivered within the 2 week window, as promised by the owner's son. They custom cut the siding and it matches exactly! We are very happy with this company and their customer service. Now that we know about them and that they deliver to our town in NH once a week, we will definitely call them for any other building needs. Nice people who do a great job - they deserve...

Following receipt of a previous order we were very satisfied with, my husband mentioned we needed to rip 2x6 boards down for framing our walls. John from Feuer mentioned they could do this for a small fee. On 10/15 my husband ordered 65 boards to be ripped down, along with some other 5/8" pieces. About a week later, my husband inquired as to the status of the order (no pressure, was actually calling about some additional wood we needed and figured would check in on prior order). Josh from Feuer told him he couldn't find our order and that the mill guy was away. So my husband said "I guess we are out of luck then?" To which Josh simply replied "yup". We truly thought this must be a mistake and were hoping to get a call at some point clarifying what happened, but after a month have not received any...

Cannot say enough great things about my experience here! We are putting up a ship lap wall and have been looking for appropriate boards at our local hardware stores with no success. But, when we arrived at Feuer today, we were greeted by one of the friendliest, knowledgeable people of I’ve ever met who quickly showed us 10-20 options. The yard itself is very user friendly, even for the DIY novices like us, and we were able to explore options both in the show room and the warehouse itself. Once we’d made our selection we were pleasantly surprise once again by how affordable our 20 pieces of shiplap ended up being (MUCH more inexpensive than Home Depot or Lowe’s and much better quality products). We will definitely be returning for all future DIY needs!...
