**Update: I was in the area recently and decided to go to the apts to see how things were and whew chile these apts have really gone down hill even more š© they just look so ratchet and run down.. a lot of the windows were boarded up and the dumpster was overflowing and trash was everywhere. The gate was still broken so I was able to just go right in. No one who doesnāt live there should be able to do that! I also been reading the most recent reviews and omg all the mold!!! The residents who care need to file a lawsuit which I will be happy to join bc I still have pics!! Iām so glad I left when I did.
If you can afford it, DO NOT MOVE HERE. If I could give Ashley Cascade 0 stars I most definitely would. I lived here for an embarrassing amount of years because this was all I could afford as it was income based. From the time I moved in til the time I moved out (september 2022) there was nothing but mess, that got worse as the years went by. The grounds used to be kept very nice (like in the photos they show online) but over the past couple of years it has just gotten very dirty. The dumpster is always over flowing with garbage and old furniture. The dumpster is in the front of the neighborhood so its the first thing you see when you go through the gates and its really an eyesore. The gates are broken every week. At one point they werent working for years. A feature of the apt are pools but neither of them have been in use for years. The outside of the apts havent been worked on since I moved in so they look old and ran down with broken shutters, old and nasty looking siding and the breezeways are gross. The people in the leasing office dont care about anything, they are just there to get a check. I've had to call corporate a few times since living there and there have been times when I had to threaten to call them just to get something resolved. Over the past couple of years getting someone to come and fix anything in my apt(and im sure other ppls apts based on reviews and speaking with my neighbors) has been a hassle. My refrigerator was leaking for months, which caused the flooring underneath it to come up. My hot water tank was damaged and it took months for someone to fix it. While it was damaged it was leaking so the floor outside my laundry room was wet and the leak also got in through the floor in the bathroom and the floor started to come up in there as well. Eventually those issues were fixed, but I asked if the carpet could be pulled up because there possibly could have been mold under there, which my daughter is allergic to, but they ignored my request. Upon moving out and cleaning out my laundry room I saw that mold had grew in a couple of spots. I'm just glad we moved out when we did, but I'm sure thats probably why we started to get frequent headaches. Also, my dryer was broken for almost a year so we had to go elsewhere to have our clothes dried or hang them up outside on the balcony. It took countless calls and work orders and emails for them to finally tell me the dryers were on backorder and multiple units needed one. Several months after telling me that I still never received a dryer and it was still broken on the day we moved out. A lot of the neighbors are very inconsiderate. They stay outside all night, being loud, drinking and arguing. My neighbors used to play music so loud in their apts that the building would shake. The only good thing Ashley Cascade has is Randal. He's the community manager, I believe, and he really tries. He sets up programs for the kids, has camp during the summer and other things in the community center, and also has it where even if you dont go to the camp your child can still get a free meal when school is out. He's also had toy give aways for the kids as well. There is more I could write about Ashley Cascade but I think you get the point. As stated in the beginning, if you can afford it move...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreREAD FULL REVIEW šØšØšØ BEFORE MOVING INTO ASHLEY CASCADEšÆšÆ I lived in Ashley Cascade Apartments for two years. It was nothing but a nightmare!!!! My car was broken into, my home was broken into, people where living in abandoned apartments, they donāt fix anything in the apartments, the entrance gate doesnāt work (anyone can enter/exit the apartment), when maintenance come do not let maintenance come in your apartment alone your valuable items will be stolen, trash is everywhere in the apartments, lights in the buildings donāt work (it was very dark at night entering my apartment building), a/c & heat doesnāt work and they will take forever to get to your apartment for maintenance. The rental office is aware of the car and home break ins thatās happens everyday. The rental office does not disclose this information to new or old residents. I was informed about the everyday break ins with the detective that is working on my home break in. There are other people with kids living in apartments full of mold, no a/c, no heat, and to get maintenance it will take many months to fix any issues with your apartments. My rent was $1565 for a 3 bedroom! However, the majority of people living in the apartments are either based on income, section 8, through a program, or just paying $0 rent. Which means they will be hanging in the hallways or outside 7 days a week and watching your every move. You will hear gun shots in the apartments every week as they have constant shoot out. After getting my home broke into they boarded up the glass and never fixed the window for over 6 months. They refused to transfer me to another apartment due to my safety. The rental office refused my payment. We then went to court and the judge ordered I pay $0 rent instead of $1565 from the month of May- December 2024. Since then they have put an eviction on my name and still have a balance for me to pay of almost $6000. This is after the judge awarded me $0 rent. I have came to the rental office and to the corporate office of integral properties. I have spoked with them several times with proof that I owe $0 and they still havenāt rectified the issue. I moved in December of 2025 it is now July almost August and they still havenāt rectified this issue after speaking and coming to there office repeatedly over the months. This a piss poor community and is not a place to live or raise your kids. Please be aware and stay away from a complex. Run away from these apartments immediately and do not apply! Pictures and videos of this complex will be uploaded. In addition, if you are having any issues with this complex and they donāt want to fix anything. Or if your living in an apartment full of mold please donāt hesitate to contact the code enforcement on...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlease adhere to the posts. Believe them!! If I could have given no stars, I would have. The community manager has absolutely NO interest in addressing issues brought to her attention. When given the opportunity to speak to her she deflected. My apartment was entered multiple times. I filed a a police report anf changed my locks due to the entries.I happened to get an opportunity to talk to her and mentioned my police report, the nature, and the lock change. She told me they sent a blast put informing of entry to the apartments (which I never received prior to the police report and changing my locks. She said they went in to do inspections and repairs. I asked how many times do they need to enter an apartment to do repairs (my apartment had repairs fixes that could have been resolved in a day which I mentioned during my move in inspection, on the paperwork AND thru email w/pictures -no reply since October.) Then in the same breath she told me they had not made it to my building (which is it? They were there OR they were not? If not, who was? Hence the police repot. Then she remembered I told here I changed my locks. She advised me they would need a copy of the key (side eye). I then told here that the day after I changed my lock is when I receive a blast regarding entry I asked her to reviewthe email sent in October and reply so we could come to some solutions. She replied, I'mreading it now. (That was in January - no reply). Fast forward to Mid March, I come home from work and there's a bullet hole in one of my bedroom windows. I immediately take a pic, go to the office and show the woman at the reception desk. I let her know zi was on my way to make a police report. She told me to email the pic and report to the community manager. I did, the same day. It's May, I never heard from her. I have moved and don't recommend this community AT ALL!! I haven't even spoken about the roaches (I had to exterminate and rid my apartmentof the roaches that lived there before I moved in - smh, trash, etc. If you can find another place, do so! I guess I can say the one star is for some of the good. Tutoring for children, prom dress give aways, and a few other things I've received through email. A few positives that cab be appreciated. Still would say no if you'd asked...
