So we came and did the $10 admissions for their pumpkin patch. It was the weekend and half the main attractions were not available. No bounce house as they said it was wet but we walked it all and the only âwetâ part was the horses pin and donkeys pin. The hayride never ran. The bugs biting you made it very unenjoyable. They were absolutely terrible. You supposed to pick a bag of apples and they were all rotten or half bit into. Or tons of rotten worm holes. There was spider webs we had to knock down to enjoy what was there. The grass always up to my 4 year old nieces knees and she kept getting ate up. Mentioned this stuff to the lady inside and she said âwell when do we have time to mowâ! We asked how do they NOT have time to mow when running events your asking admissions fees for. Then as itâs brought up to the guy who works here, he says âdonât lie. I doubt she said that.â As we informed him she did state that and he said âyeah yeah whateverâ. Very rude and I WILL NEVER GO BACK. please save your money and go to somewhere the people care. Their animals were filthy and covered in flies and the stalls have never been mucked out in atleast MONTHS and thatâs coming from someone whoâs worked on a farm. One horse was underweight! They had atleast 4 lawnmowers sitting here and were told they donât have time to mow. Crazy!!! No refund offered. No discount. Not even an apology. Then last thing weâre told as we hand the bag back for âapplesâ and tell her they are rotten, even in the trees! And she says âitâs cause of the rainâ. Sooooo crazy and rude and...

Grass was at least two foot tall, they had no apple pickers available, we should invest in one...... We only came out with 17 pounds of apples cause it's all we could reach. Their were bug holes and worms in most of them, and their were more apples rotting in huge piles on the ground then were available to be picked!.. Their website is extremely misleading..... Says their are 23 varietys and 1300 trees and that is far from the truth, and to top it off the apples are not worth the 1.50 we paid per pound! We were disappointed to say the least.... The little store inside was warm and inviting however we bought some honey and cider!!! Lived in Atlantic Iowa for five yrs and just hear of it this week..... They really could do better with the apple orchard.. idk how they can be proud of it with the way it looks period and this is...
