Several years ago I bought a LR full of furniture with a so called interior decorator. Upon delivery the electric corner fireplace didn't fit in the corner as planned. Decorator thought I should just cover up part of the window & take out a few vertical blind slats. Really? The large decorator tree was not the one I picked out in the store. Instead I got one with a big hole on one side. And the sofa/loveseat fabric was loose & wavy. Brymons took sofa set back to "fix" but it wasn't "fixed" like it should be. I have to keep a towel on the seat to hide the "wavy" fabric. Brymons would not stand behind their products. I purposely chose a small town to patronize & spend more money than I could have closer to home. Although it's been several years, I'm still mad about it & would never recommend them or buy...

I would not buy from them ever again and I do not recommend my friends and family to buy from them ever again I purchased a sofa and only had the sofa for 2 years. I even purchased the extended warranty with the sofa. Well my sofa is falling apartit is coming un sewed and the frame is breaking. it’s an L-shaped sofa I have been trying for half a year to a year trying to get my sofa fixed now they’re saying that they CANT do anything that I’m stuck with a broken sofa. The clothes and nic nacks are wonderful. They have reasonable prices for everything and its top notch. I personally go to Brymons for all of my gifts, they have an engraving machine and it turns out beautiful Every time. The staff (Tammy and Brian) are friendly and very helpful.
