’ve been a member and loyal customer of this dispensary for a long time, and I’ve always tried to support them — even left a positive review a while back. But unfortunately, more recent experiences have left me feeling deeply disappointed and questioning whether this place cares about all its customers equally.
About three weeks ago, while I was standing outside the dispensary, on the public sidewalk, just waiting for my Uber, I was approached by a staff member who told me not to smoke there. But I wasn’t even smoking. I was literally just standing there. And the security camera right above me would confirm that. I felt judged, targeted, and disrespected — for absolutely no reason. It made me question whether I was being profiled for how I look.
Then, just recently, I went back to make a regular purchase. The person who usually helps me (the only one who actually treats me with respect) wasn’t there. I showed my ID as always — and even though my full membership details should appear in the system immediately, the staff member asked for my phone number again and acted like they had no idea I was a member.
They didn’t apply my member discount. They didn’t even apply the standard daily offer that’s given to anyone, member or not. I had to remind them of both. Only after I pointed it out did they fix it. That’s unacceptable.
To make matters worse, this isn’t the first time it has happened. It seems to always happen with certain staff members — those who don’t take the time to check the system properly, don’t explain products, and don’t show basic respect to customers. Meanwhile, the one staff member who does treat me well is the only one who knows what they’re doing and handles things with dignity. That says a lot.
This industry is supposed to represent wellness, compassion, and inclusion. But here, the lack of diversity among staff and the way I’ve been treated makes me feel dismissed, overcharged, or judged for how I look or where I’m from. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s hurtful.
When a company is trusted with providing cannabis — for recreation and for healing — they should take that role seriously. This isn’t just selling snacks. It’s a privileged, highly regulated business, and they should be held to higher standards — especially when it comes to respecting their community.
I truly hope this review makes a difference. I continue to support the one staff member who does right by me. But the rest of the experience has been disappointing.
I’m also concerned that this dispensary consistently fails to display terpene profiles on many of their products — both on physical packaging and on their website. As someone who relies on that information to make informed decisions (especially for medical purposes), I find this lack of transparency unacceptable. The THC percentage alone is not enough to understand the effects of a strain. I believe dispensaries should be required to disclose terpene content, and it is surprising that this is not being enforced. I respectfully request the Cannabis Control Commission to look into this issue and consider it for future compliance...
Read moreI am sick of the disrespect that i get here all the time when i buy my weed i paid monthly subscription has well and so i stop buying there because cause of the facts that they want you to sign up and then rob YOU double charge your card then TELLING PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE TO DISPUTE IT ON YOUR BANK WHEN YOU PHYSICALLY CANT DO THAT BECAUSE ITS A MONTHLY Subscription I DONT THINKS ITS RIGHT BE Discriminated by everyone there plus it is childish to not conform your opinion on a question that we ask it is not a crime to ask a question if someone that you like is working IF THOUGH I CAUGHT MANY EMPLOYEES THAT GAVE US DISCOUNTS AFTER BEING Manipulative About my actions that i never caused so That is very unfair for being targeted for asking a question THAT IS Ridiculous have somebody to act like that must’ve feel guilty for doing something wrong so there was no reason for them to confront us like that as soon as we walked in and told us to not go in until the manager talks to you like we’re like we’re back in high school again like we’re back in the principals office Getting in trouble for something that we didn’t do and if they were so concerned about my behavior then customer service is not your thing should find another opportunity because that is poor customer service in my eyes. If that was me working I would’ve got fired for talking like that to a customer. I think this needs to be addressed or I have a meeting about respecting customers and themselves. And there’s also many other people that I come in loud as hell and they don’t address them they always address us for everything we do so I believe I’m being discriminated so I think this needs to be addressed like I said before and people need to be accountable for their own actions and stop blaming customers because the customers are...
Read moreThis place is awful. If I could do zero stars, I would. I went this morning. There were 2 clerks and 2 customers.
I was forced to wait in line for 15+ minutes while a woman asked consultation questions to the bud bar. This is a one person register. If you aren't getting bud bar get out of the way. Once you have your items, get out of the way.
This woman was beyond ignorant when I asked if she could have her consultation discussion in a place where I am not forced to wait for her to decide to finish.
Her best defense was she didn't see me. Despite me making eye contact for ten minutes straight with her, being done and then standing right next to her. Yet she is to ignorant to understand why I am there....just waiting.
I got yelled at by a woman who literally was just staring at this whole thing.
Awful service. 2 workers 2 customers and I waited 25 minutes in the store
Go away Zahara. Enjoy the trench
Ps to their manager. I was their secret shopper today. I don't think I'm going to write something up for getting chastised for asking folks to use common sense. Instead turning me into an agressive consumer for solely asking them to not have one of the 2 them help me instead of staring at me and how dumb the questions this woman was asking
Do your homework. This isn't...
