Omg where do I start. DON'T RENT HERE RUN FOR THE HILLS I wouldn't recommended this place to my worst enemy it's been nothing but a constant problem since I moved in here and it's only been 2 months so I can imagine what other people who have lived here longer go thru from the bugs to the major things like the heater not working it was leaking carbon monoxide I had to call the fire department because the alarms were going off spent 2 hours standing outside at night in the cold while they tried to get the levels down with my two kids all while I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant not to mention my stove is also leaking carbon monoxide. My garage door broke almost fell on my car. Whenever I call I get the run around or they say yea we'll send maintenance out to fix it. My stove and heater haven't been working properly for a month still waiting. The didn't clean the apartment before I moved in or spray for bugs. There is also a large truck that hasn't been moved in months tires on flat clearly it's not being used so why it's sitting there is beyond me. Something that was supposed to be a fresh start for me and my family has turned into a horrible experience. They don't even deserve one star but I have to give them something. Thinking about contacting an attorney. Again if you have a choice don't pick this place. Not to mention every apartment by mine since I've been here someone has moved out I see more moving vans than anything. These apartments have the WORST management ever...I keep calling about a very serious matter, I told the lady at the front desk about what was going on and she completely cut me off and hung up on me I called quite a few times more n she kept answering sitting there and hanging up or would not answer at all & give me a busy tone at one point she answered asked if I was the same girl and when i said yes she put me on hold then just hung up..the very first time I called before i had even told her what had happened she answered the phone and said hello, hold on set the phone down & continued her conversation after about 5 minutes she finally came back on. I will be contacting higher authority & the better business bereau about the matter I was calling about & the woman at the front desk..this is unexceptable & I will possibly be filing a lawsuit against the castle...

Lived here for like a year. Moved fast. Would not fix a thing, electrical was tripping with the AC tripping the breaker constantly. Their solution? Just turn the breaker back on by the AC every time it goes off and showed me how do it. It would go off every 30 minutes so I stopped using it. My PGE bill was 900 without a working AC. Texted landlord multiple times with emails. Nada. Between the mold, and pests I was done. Up and left cause I have a medical device that needs to be under a certain temp.
