
I am 47 years old. About two years ago, I was in the worst shape of my life, heavier than I had ever been, stressed out all the time, and needed to make some changes, so I got the courage to step into this gym. Just by consistently training here, I am now in the best shape of my life, down about 40 pounds in weight, but added about 15 pounds of muscle, and feeling great. I am actively competing in Jiu Jitsu tournaments and winning matches. All of this started with the coaches at this gym (Cameron and Mike) and how they push us to get better every day. On top of that, the people that I train with in this gym are like family. You can't find a better bunch. I attend open mats all over DFW and still think this gym has the best people and training partners you can find. He’s a 4th Dan Black Belt in Krav Maga and has extensive knowledge in just about every form of martial arts. The kickboxing classes get your blood pumping and focus on speed and agility, the Krav Maga classes have taught my how to protect myself and my family.
