Long Term Review: It's almost 2.5 yrs since Dennis and Chris from DFW Home Theater LLC had installed the home theater system at our home.

Initial Contact: We called and was immediately provided a in-home consultation. Dennis understood what our requirements and the space we had. He was able to quickly explain what can or cannot be done due to the limitation of the space.

Recommendation and Quote: In a couple of days time we received an email with 3 estimates (not companies do this). The quote was clear and concise with what equipments were going to be installed and the pros and cons for each. It was really easy for a non tech client like us to understand which equipment to select based on the quality of the picture and sounds.

Show Room Visit: When we received the quote, we were also invited to come over to the in home showroom Dennis has and test out the 3 options that were provided. It was very clear to us that we made the right choice once we saw the pictures and heard the sounds of the option we selected.

Installation and Support: Time of installation was booked, took about half a day to get the system up and running. What was really good was Chris, the person who installed the system spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked. He was there to ensure the settings were just the way we wanted it.

Conclusion: Since the installation back in 2023, we have had absolutely no issues with the system. It Just Works :). The image and sound quality are exceptional as it was from day one. I would highly recommend DFW Home Theaters if you want a hassle free experience. They offer quality products with a diverse budget range. A big thanks to Dennis and Chris for getting our Media...

They are by far the best in the business.. I had been shopping a few places to help me install my media room which can be a difficult task if you have never had a media room before.. I called star power but they are like car sales man and will have you buying the most expensive hardware without first knowing your budget.. called Best Buy and they took a week to get back to me.. Emailed DFW and they responded with an hour.. But check this out.. The gentlemen by the name of Dennis called me later that day and was willing to drive an hour to give me free consultation... He was very professional and respectful.. he gave me a quote same day with honest prices that could compare to amazon.. They don't try and hustle you on the hardware.. after my house was ready to close I reached out for a installation date. Frank came and he was just a great guy. Easy to talk to and a complete perfectionist at his craft.. took him by himself a full day to install but he takes the time to educate you and teach you as he goes... needless to say when he was finished the product blew are minds a way.. I received a text from our neighbors saying are subwoofer woke up their children.. Amazing work.. I will only call Dfw for help with media.. will have my parents work with them and call them again in November for more installations in...

As a fellow business owner I first want to apologize to DFW Home Theater for taking so long to write a review because Dennis Mills was a HUGE help to my wife and I when we moved into our new home in the summer of 2017. It’s taken me well over a year to write this review but I promised myself I would because they were just that awesome. We had first went to Starpower and thought everything was way over-priced, and their customer service was terrible. We scheduled an appointment for one of their salesmen to come to our house to check out our media room space and he NEVER SHOWED. No call, no text, no responses to our calls or texts, nothing. So we made the call to DFW Home Theater and we are so glad we did. Dennis was so friendly when he came by the house to check out our media room space for estimates and his prices were extremely fair for what we got. His installation guys were thorough and did an amazing job. Everything still works great and we get compliments all the time when we have company over to watch a big game. My wife and I love the work they did so much we often use the media room just the two of us watching a movie.
