We booked here at the Bliss for my daughter’s quinceañera, and I am very disappointed with how things were handled.

First, in the middle of our event (around 11pm), a man came up to me saying my party was over. He even went to our DJ and told him it was the last song, which caused the DJ to announce the end of the night and stop the music. By the time the owner was finally contacted, he told us we could stay until 1am — but most of our guests had already left due to the disruption. When confronted, the man’s excuse was that our music was louder than the venue next door.

Second, after the event, I discovered through the Photo Booth pictures and family members that this same individual was inside our salon, helping himself to our food and drinks. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. (I will be posting the picture of the man)

Third, there was an issue with the 360 Photo Booth. When I arrived to set up, I noticed an extra one placed in the back. I had already paid for a booth through someone else, and I never rented theirs. I asked for it to be removed because I needed the space, and the owner refused, saying it “comes with the venue.” This was never mentioned before. When I booked, I was told the venue only included tables, chairs, and a stage (which I paid extra to remove). The owner insisted that everything “comes with the venue,” but none of this was clear upfront. This lack of transparency and refusal to honor what was agreed upon was extremely frustrating.

Overall, the venue is pretty and received a lot of compliments but the lack of professionalism is disappointing. For the amount I paid, I expected much...

We recently celebrated PRATHA Durga Puja at Bliss Ranch in Aubrey, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! This was our third consecutive year hosting the event here, and each year it gets bigger and better — thanks to this beautiful venue and its amazing hosts.

Jay and Jyothi Basani went above and beyond to support us. They personally checked with us throughout the event, provided every possible facility we needed, and made us feel completely at home. Their commitment to community events is truly admirable.

Bliss Ranch has an air-conditioned pavilion where we performed our Puja, attended by over 3000 people comfortably. The ranch can easily accommodate 600+ vehicles, has beautiful ranch houses, very clean restrooms, and all the resources needed for managing large events.

The string-lighted lawn was the perfect setting for our Garba and Dandia night, as well as our open-air melody night. The entire ambiance was magical, and everything was handled with care and professionalism.

Very unprofessional and busy( thats what they pretend to show).

We booked the place in whatsapp with Jay( so called owner). Paid advance money. He never responded on time, if you ping in morning, he will respond by evening. Travelling , attending some functions were some reasons.

As day came near by for our special event, he started suggesting, event is booked for 3 hours, every extra hour will cost us $500 extra. Clearly we sensed, objective is to extract as much as they can while you are busy attending your guests and we understood, we need to put extra efforts to make this average place look better for our special event.

Ignore so called busy owner and look for places in richardson, allen, frisco, plaino instead of going to this far place with many unknowns.
