Almighty Waste — Local services in Auburn

They always claim they called you but you didn’t answer. My phone is in my hand at all times and there IS such a thing as missed calls and voicemails to notify people of these things :) Had it only been once, I would have written it off as an accident, but they’ve said this every time. Tow truck driver of theirs called through AAA called and said they were WITH my vehicle. AAA customer service rep literally switched lines to ask him a question and suddenly he “had tried to call me but I didn’t answer so he left.” How can you tell AAA you’re with someone’s vehicle and then suddenly you’re not? I don’t think they were ever there, they just said that to get paid by AAA. They also tried to get me to sign a damage waiver, claiming they couldn’t get my car into neutral. AAA told me I didn’t need one and they would come tow it themselves. These people are shady scum bags and liars. Lots of problems with this company but. They damaged my driveway created a half inch deep dent that runs about 8 feet long on my driveway from when they drug the dumpster away. Their response to me was not my problem….. I read the service agreement from them which states that they aren’t responsible for any damage caused by weight of the container or vehicle but the damage was not caused by weight it was caused from them picking up the dumpster and is a curved line proving it was not from the weight. Clearly they don’t care if they damage personal property or not. And the boss never spoke with me made the receptionist be the middle man. That poor women. I felt so terrible for her the whole time we spoke because her boss should of talked to me. My advice to her if she sees this is go find a new job my dear. After making a reservation at another provider and finding out at the 11th hour, that they could not honor my reservation, I spoke with Ally at Almighty Waste. She gave me excellent customer service and referred me to her manager, Paul, who also provided me with excellent customer service. He provided me with a dumpster and pick-up per my request. He did everything that he promised. I highly recommend doing business with this company and they will be my first call in the future. Thanks to Ally and Paul! ...
