The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I took my old washer in for service, which I had purchased new via the Internet several years prior. They took a quick look at it and pointed out that the engine had a B/S frame and Honda logos. They were fairly sure that while sold as new it was a rebuilt engine. The seals and pump were worn out and operating it was dangerous. They even suggested that I look at Lowes or Menards for a replacement. There was no pressure by them to sell me one of their models. Only when I asked them to see what they had in stock that was comparable did they address a replacement.

Called a week ago for a 12 dollar part and was told by the gentleman on the phone that our part was a common issue in pressure washers and because of that issue they where out of stock for what I needed to repair my pressure washer. I called the day before I went in to make sure the part was actually in and it was. Went in today and the guy I spoke with first opened a drawer full of the parts I was looking for. Then closed the drawer brought out a sample pump from another pressure washer and told me that it was impossible for anyone to repair and what I need to do is buy a new pump from him for 129 dollars.
