First off the phone number provided only gets you to someone who can give you more numbers to try. Then when talking to the field agent, he shares no useful info. They are only an auction company they know nothing about what they are selling. Won't even tell you how something runs or drives. Opposite of Ritchie Brothers who will go stand by the machine and answer every question, drive it, etc. Another company the rep even did a video call with us. Not Auction Block. Then I bought a truck anyway and couldn't get a bill to pay for it so that delayed us a day. Call you get a machine, press a number to pay for items. You get a woman who is irritated you called. She says wait an hour for an email. 6 hours later I called and waited for the general operator to answer and he sent the email. Then wanted a certified check within a day! Or wire and they charge you $20 to recieve it. On top of a 10% buyers premium! Auction Block is in a service industry but has terrible service yet charges outrageous fees. Buy...

Complete and total scam artist. I purchased a truck sight unseen due to it having a very costly rebuild and it was stated several times in the auction and portrayed in their videos along with “paperwork” I received the truck and it was evident something was majorly wrong with the truck even though it was claimed many times to have a 35k rebuild on it. Needless to say the truck now is unusable and I’m out of luck as I didn’t make the 8 hour drive to see it before I bid on it. They won’t return any calls after the sale and have fell back on it’s sold “as is”. So before you think about purchasing anything from them regardless what their post say go see it and they will screw you over faster than you can blink, and in my case it’s pretty much ruining my business. Tip of advice—— this auctionyard is located on the north side of the road going to through town—- best thing you can do is look south going past here- that way you don’t get any crazy ideas or are tempted to buy any of their junk. Absolutely Positively DO NOT buy anything without looking at it in person first! They “forget” to disclose a lot of things that NEED to be disclosed at an auction, especially with these newer trucks. An auction is an auction- everything gets sold for a reason— but there’s honest auction companies that represent the industry, and some that give it a bad name.
