I highly recommend Hang It Up! We built a new home and before drywall was up, we wanted to get as much prewiring done as we could including a 5.2.1 surround speaker system in the family room, some ceiling speakers in the kitchen, ethernet cabling to multiple locations in the home and coax and antenna wiring from the attic. They designed our system with a rack in the basement for much of the equipment, controlled from the first floor with an RF universal remote, integrated with the usual music apps. The wiring was exceptionally neat and well labelled. They also mounted several TVs in our new home.

Bobby was extremely helpful (and patient) as we worked through the proposal and decided what we could do. I had a lot of questions as well as opinions on how I wanted the system to be configured, including incorporating my own Plex server for music and video. They made excellent recommendations and suggestions to get the project completed to meet a reasonable budget and they worked well with our builder.

They also paid attention to the industry news. The initial proposal included a Sonos system for the ceiling speakers in the kitchen, but when Sonos started collapsing after they released their terrible app upgrade, Bobby suggested an alternative (Bluesound) that works better for streaming with my Plex server. This was especially helpful as I was unaware of the pending doom awaiting Sonos (Google it!).

Their whole team was responsive to my questions, always listened to any concerns I had and working with them was an absolute pleasure.

Should be zero stars, but the review would not allow it. I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed. I called twice and left messages. The second time they answered and then tried to tell me they were at my place, rang door bells, knocked on the door, called my phone left a message and texted me. They confirmed my phone, but no messages/calls/texts were received by me. Then said they would call back and let me know if they could come back. They never called back and I had to call them twice to get them to answer. They told me they were at another job site and would not get to me today. Unprofessional and blatant liars. I was home the whole time with another company here doing work. My dog was here and always is alerted by knocking or door bell. My doorbell is not broken, phone has great reception and full charge, and I was sitting in my kitchen working the entire time they claimed they were here. I cannot speak to how well they do their job, but I can tell you that if they do not show up, they will lie to you about being there. Do NOT trust them. update: After cancelling with them, I finally got a call from them and a message left from Bobby that he was calling the "wrong number". Even if they had the wrong number, that does not explain the lies about being at my house and ringing doorbells and knocking. I suppose they will try to say they had the wrong...
