I took pup Kenzie to Andy to learn the basics (sit, down, stay, etc) and I think I wound up learning even more than she did. Andy doesn't just train your dog, he takes the time to show you how to train your dog. Not only that, but he wants you to understand why it's done this way or that way rather than just expecting you to follow along blindly.

When he'd teach a new command, he'd start by demonstrating with Kenzie so I could see how it's done. Then, when it was my turn, he always made sure to give feedback on what I needed adjust or do differently. This feedback was invaluable and it really opened my eyes to the little things I did that were confusing Kenzie.

Since starting training I've definitely noticed a positive change in Kenzie's behavior, but it really made me feel great when a family friend commented on how much better behaved she is.

I just can't say enough good things about Andy and it's obvious he truly cares about what he does. Whenever we arrived for a session, Kenzie couldn't wait to get inside and see him. Whether you just want your dog to learn the basics, or you have a specific issue you'd like to work on, I highly recommend giving Andy a call and seeing how he can help. My deaf, reactive, senior pitbull LOVES everything about All Fur Dogs! Because of her special needs and general special-ness, I was leery about leaving her with anyone beyond my family. Now, after several successful boarding stays, it's SUCH a relief for me to no longer worry because I know the All Fur Dogs team is very capable. They manage her medications perfectly, and the facility has zero stairs - a big plus for senior/arthritic pups! I'm truly so grateful to have this small, but mighty, dog-obsessed crew located right...

All Fur Dogs is simply the best! You can tell Andy has a passion for dogs and it shows in the way he takes care of and develops relationships with the dogs. Friendly, flexible, clean and my dog is alway SO happy to walk in there. Their online scheduling is easy to navigate and the boarding "report cards" are a welcome check-in when we are out of town, complete with pictures....
