The man working during the day is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! You know it's bad when you heard about it before you got there, while you were there from others and even after you left. It's pretty sad that while you're there, there are others thinking of other bowling alleys in the area you could go to, to avoid this guy. I understand that it may be frustrating with the children and stuff running around, etc. BUT, it is a place for families to go and that's what you get yourself into. At my young age, I have learned that you smile at customers when they come in the door and greet them, say please and thank you, answer any questions they may have politely. I love bowling, but this is the only place in Austin. I come from a big city on the west coast and I truly feel bad for the decent folks here who want to enjoy a friendly management...
