I really enjoy game plan, and typically attend their monthly open gaming night with my kids. The chief complaint I have that several games were inoperable or had major flaws. Two of the four pinball tables were not working, and several video games had problems (giant screen multicade had broken joystick yoke, capcom multi cabinet had a trackball problem, tron video display had color drop out that made some stages nearly impossible, silent scope primary video was out). Regardless, the price is great and overall the facility is very accommodating and a fun time for all. The clientele needs to consider reserving the space for events rather than having it impromptu during the open gaming nights. Read moreWe held my sister's 30th birthday party at Game Plan Entertainment this summer and we could not have asked for a better venue. Sara and Michael were great to work with and incredibly flexible with us on the party setup and timeline. They were always willing to make sure everything was perfect and flowing as we would like. The space and games are all awesome and in great condition. Everything was above and beyond what we had hoped for and the guests loved it! It was the perfect space to keep everyone entertained and having a great time while celebrating. I highly recommend Game Plan for anyone looking for a unique option for...

Now in 2025, the arcades have really deteriorated and were in bad shape. Mine looked like a bad DIY project with an aftermarket marquis that didn’t even light up. The reason why I gave two stars was that their delivery team was spot on and they showed up on time. They may have other products outside of classic arcades that are worth renting. If you need classic arcades, you’re better off buying an arcade or two for how much they charge and the quality...
