I bought my furniture in cash and was told I could pick it up in a week. I called after a week and was told to wait until Friday. On Friday I was told the warehouse was closed and to go back on Saturday. On Saturday when I was picking up my furniture I was told the spider lamp I bought did not come in and I had to wait until Thursday. Again, on Thursday I called and was greeted by a rude woman who told me I had the wrong number and hung up on me! It was not wrong because SHE gave it to me 🙄 I called again and she ignored my calls. It wasn’t until I called from another phone that she picked up again and I asked to speak with her boss. I told him she was rude but he didn’t seem to care. Like if he was used to getting complaints on her. I finally got my lamp almost a week later and that’s because I kept calling to see if they had it. They had no problem taking my money but made it a nightmare to get me my things! I will NEVER buy from them again and I definitely do NOT recommend them! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, I MADE A REPORT WITH THE BBB. I WENT IN ON 7/6/19. My invoice says 7/5. I order a vanity that said it take 3 weeks. I also got a bed a bench. That they had there in stock.. paid 120 for delivery and 40 for the downpayment. It would not be delivered till the vanity came in.. i called tuesday asking if i could remove bed, bench they SAID NO ITS ON MY CONTRACT. it was not on my contract When i first called they gave the run around that no one spoke English and would hang up .. i called the finance company and the number they had would go straight to voicemail when finance company would call them. Finance company has been real good helping me out. But i did do my part with my bank. And also going to be on it with BBB. Also the sales guy called me several times at 9 at night texted me asking...

Their website says “Call for pricing!” I call and ask about a specific item online with the item number and all…and with a bad attitude the lady who answered the phone says… we don’t give pricing over the phone. I said okayyy…. can you at least tell me if you have this specific item there or any similar item? You know to make it worth my time… she says I don’t know what we have you’d have to come see for yourself 🤷🏻‍♀️😆💀😭
