FANTASTIC! Landmark built us a beautiful fence this week and we couldn't be happier! From the first call, I was able to speak directly with the owner (Merlin), and what a difference that makes! He estimated our fence the next day and e-mailed a detailed estimate with a diagram of our project and pictures of available options. (I really appreciate it that Merlin doesn't pressure you into what you don't need.) He was able to schedule the rebuild quickly and was AMAZING when we needed a major last-minute change. He then provided us with an updated and itemized invoice based on our agreement with our neighbor. The day of the build, Merlin was there to get everything started, and Cesar and crew were ready to go. The old rotting fence came down in about 20 minutes and the holes were dug and posts set that day. The next day, the fence and gate took shape. Their attention to detail was something to see. Two days for 184 feet! An absolutely beautiful 8-foot tall back to 6-foot side cedar fence with a beautifully graceful, sloped transition between the two now encloses our yard. Merlin met me at our rental house and even though I had a difficult time explaining exactly what we wanted - he understood completely! He kept in close touch with me and was always extremely quick and responsive to my texts. Very professional, congenial, knowledgeable. Landmark's bid was right in line with what I was expecting it to be. His team works very efficiently and quickly but they don't sacrifice quality. My husband is an architect and very particular, oftentimes hard to please but he was exceptionally satisfied with the work that Merlin and his team did for us. I had a terrible situation with my old fence. It was old and falling apart with a lot of foliage grown over it that made it a rather treacherous job to replace. I had several estimates and they were all astronomical due to the condition of my property. Merlin (The Owner) came out punctually and gave me a quote that was well below what I had received from other contractors.
