If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The customer service here is horrible. It STINKS that when somebody take the time and money to go to this place to actually do this Right thing an by the LAW. That is seams like someone is always going to deny you or find some reason that the paperwork is not ok or satisfactory. I went to the window. There was 2 people sitting in chair only one guy worken the other 2 were talking and socializing. Not trying to take care of the customers at all. I was try to get a title In my name an of course the was an issue all the paperwork was correct from the previous owner witch lives in Florida. He call up there and got all the paperwork and title field out Right an made sure of it. There was one issue the date. One on the Florida Bill of sale it asked for all of my info after his. The previous owner forgot to put the date of sale on the title then on the bill of sale where I put my info it ask for date of sale and price. They refused to take it and refused to let me put the date. Witch in my mind is crazy. If I have the title and it sign by the owner and the Florida Bill of sale is sign buy the previous owner an the co- owner obviously there is no forgery or wrong doing in this process. Not only the guy behind the window makes a huge or deal about the whole thing. I told the guy ok I understand you don't have to make a huge deal about this. The older gentalmen behind the game warden desk come our and starts making huge or deal to. Instead of trying to defuse the situation he start yelling at me. He's trying to help you if you sign the date we will get the game warden after you and give you a ticket or you get arrested. As he walk outside to smoke a cigarette. Didn't even try to half way defuse the situation. Its just sad when you try to do something RIGHT an use your hard earn money to do so. You get threatened by them that you will get a ticket or get arrested over a date on a title or Bill of sale. WHAT A HUGE MESS AND INCOVENIENCE. I've been in sales an customer service for 15 years. And I have never been treated so unfair or poorly. For trying to do the right thing. They need to have a supervisor or manager on the floor at all times. Someone with a clam cool head that is trying to take care of people not try to anger them or run them off or try to get them in trouble. For what getting a title transferred properly. Read moreTheir website is incredibly unintuitive. I was making reservations for a state park. The very first screen, it asks you whether your date is flexible. Despite selecting no, they will change your date in a very sneaky way. You booking what time slot you want on the specific date you want selected at the top. It will say there are spaces for that date, even if there is not. Then you click book now. At this point there is no reason to believe there is any issue with the date you selected, but the date changes automatically on the next screen after picking book now, without giving any notification it changed the date. If you put that your date is not flexible, why would it change it automatically instead of just telling you there is no availability?? I planned this trip with 6 people, and all but 2 of us had this same issue and it ruined our plans. What's more, they won't refund our passes. It shows no current or past reservations for me and nothing changed with group reservations, you still have to make a phone call in 2019 to make a reservation. It is a good thing you are a non profit because you would have gone bankrupt if people had choices like other products or services. Lucky for you, you have almost never ending funds from taxpayers with no real accountability or concerns of a P&L.
