EDITED TO SAY: THEY HAVE REPRINTED/PRINTED MY ORDER AND WE HAVE SINCE GOTTEN IT. HOWEVER, THE DELAY AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION PRIOR TO THAT WAS VERY POOR.

We ordered items from a school team store at the beginning of August and it is now October and we have yet to receive all of our items. While I understand supply issues I feel that some contact could have been made with the coach or school as to the orders. No word at all. All we were told was that they would be in when they were in. Maybe One Stop could even get shirts from somewhere else to fulfill the orders. Our season ends...
