Had difficulty getting my order in - they confused me with another couple we we were splitting the beef with and it took almost 15 minutes on the phone to convince the employee I was supposed to turning in an order. Did not get all the cuts I asked for and got some I didn't want at all. Asked for 1 lb. packs of ground beef and upon weighing I find that they range anywhere from 1.2 to 1.5. Asked for only a couple of chuck roasts and ended up with six. I think I have more stew meat, cube steak and chuck roasts than anything else. So far I can't find any ribeyes. Tried to make braised short ribs (which I said I didn't want and got anyway) and they were cut so poorly I had to throw the whole thing out. They were basically connective tissue and membrane. Inedible. Asked for soup bones to make bone broth and a bag of dog bones and didn't get those either. Just got a handwritten receipt upon pick up so there is no way I could even prove that it wasn't...

I’m grilling my ribeyes tonight and look at the butchering skills, and wonder where they got their training. I have never seen steaks that were cut like this. You can’t tell if they are steaks or long pieces of stew meat. I fed my beef out for four months with grain, to get the best quality of beef, that I could obtain. I’m sure this is not my beef. I love tongue, and it was a lot smaller than I expected out of my two year old steer, less than 8inches long . I can’t prove if it’s not beef , but 75% sure, i did not get the beef I took. I will not be using this place again. They charged me $150 to process my back straps because I was out of town and couldn’t pick up the meat for a week. No warning. Just pointed to some sign they have on the wall when my wife was picking up the meat. I even informed them it would be a week before I could come and still never said anything on the phone. They still have my meat for the sausages I was having made so now I’m out money and food...
