The tours they have for the casino are only 2 times a day. When I was there my group and I were not able to make the specific times. We were a bit disappointed upon realizing they only do tours at specific times but the disappointment lifted immediately when we saw the water. Read moreGreat diving for beginners or experts. Always lots to see - a giant black sea bass swam right up to me on Saturday. Kelp forests, wrecks, lots of rocky structure to explore, tons of sea life, great visibility, and the Jacques Cousteau underwater plaque. Easy entry and exit with the stairs. So much easier than a dive boat for testing and refining gear configuration. East to get here on the Catalina Express, and lots of places to eat and drink after diving before going home. Great for a day or a weekend, and air fills are available on site. Nearby gear rental if you forget something or don't have your own dive...

I don't know if there are laws in place that are being broken, but there should be. And there should be enforcement. The honour system is not good enough with some operators. Be sure to choose a responsible company when shopping for any guided trips.
Sorry about the lecture, I'll get off...
