Cast Iron Restoration does excellent work. They are the best, hands down. Jim is passionate about his work and it shows in the results. My pan looks better than new. The difference between what it looked liked before and now is remarkable. Every part was addressed - inside, edges, bottom, handle. This is thorough work. Working with Jim is really easy. He kept me informed every step of the way and finished ahead of time. It was a large project that he had to adapt to accomplish. Jim was able to build an entirley new system to accomodate my large 15 gallon cauldron. I contacted Jim Bonham through Facebook. I dropped my items, a skillet and griddle, to him personally because I was in the area. He is a delightful man with a passion for restoring cast iron items. I had attempted to restore the items myself but realized I didn’t have the proper equipment or expertise. He explained the process to me and I was comfortable leaving my items with him.
