I work from home and when I went to log in for work one morning, my computer wouldn't turn on. I was thinking it had to do with the battery because I had been getting a warning on my PC forever about it not charging anymore. But I'm not that technologically savvy so I really had no idea. I started calling around to get price quotes for a diagnosis because I'm on a budget (who isn't right?). Geek Squad was my first call and the guy there said "There won't be a charge for a diagnosis but there will be a charge for the parts and labor." At that point, I was willing to do anything to get my computer back up and running because I was losing money with my computer being down. So, I quickly got myself ready and packed my computer in the car. About half way to the interstate, something told me to look up some local computer repair technicians. The very first name I saw was Dave's. His business name was catchy to me but I didn't let that phase me. I was about business. :) So I call Dave and he promptly answered on the 2nd or 3rd ring. I explained to him what was going on and he immediately diagnosed the issue after asking a few questions and gave me a price quote OVER THE PHONE! (Man has got skills!) I didn't waste any time rerouting my destination to his place of business. He is a wonderful family man that will save you TONS of money and give you great service. He even called me while the repairs were being done to give me status updates! :) He also sent images to me of what was going on with my poor overused and dust infested PC system. This man is a wonderful businessman and I'd recommend him to ANYONE in need of computer assistance! Thank you Dave! :-D You saved my life...

My computer failed after I tried to be clever and do some adjustments to it myself. It wasn't the best of ideas since I know very little about computers, and, it belongs to my wife! Anyway, I couldn't get online no matter what I tried, and I feared the worst! I called Dave, based largely on the excellent reviews he's received, and explained my predicament. He came along to my home the following morning, and I was immediately impressed by his outward appearance and professionalism; you only get one chance to make a first impression, and he did that with flying colors. Dave did his best to put me at ease (not easy!) and went to work in another room carrying out his analysis; this was the part I was dreading, since I'd got it into my head that my wifes laptop was unrepairable, or it would cost a fortune to fix it! After about 15 minutes, Dave came to me with the sort of news I wasn't expecting; there was nothing wrong with the computer! Evidently I'd messed up one of the settings when I tried to fix the computer, which Dave found and subsequently rectified. The good news; he only charged me his basic fee for the analysis and coming to my home. I'd previously told him that I wasn't very computer savvy, which I'm sure many other technicians in any other trade would have seen as a sign to make some serious money - Dave didn't. He looked after me - the computer works a treat - and I would have no hesitation in refering him to anyone; his work ethic is...

I usually hate to admit when I'm not the best at something, but computers definitely aren't one of my strengths. However thankfully I found Dave and now I don't have to worry about it. I was locked out of my computer, and it wasn't booting up and as someone who after a long day at work all he wants to do is wind down and play some games on his computer... That was definitely an issue. I looked everywhere, Reddit, Google, and the dark web lol just to find an answer but I couldn't. Then I found Dave. I called him up and within a few minutes I was driving down to deliver my PC to him. To my surprise within ONE DAY, it was resolved and ready to come home... Such a reasonable price and beyond great customer service. Dave took the time to explain to me what was going on and how to move forward with my PC. Felt like a friend and definitely excited to take back and get some more upgrades now that I found a GREAT and RELIABLE source to go to.
