Update : 3/29/21. Yet again these guys here have done an outstanding job. Water pump was going out on my truck and when I called on Friday, Glen the service manager told me to bring it down Monday and he'd do what he could to get it in after every other dealer told me they were weeks out. I also had a emissions light kick on before I got to him. I dropped my truck off around 1pm and he was calling me the next morning that it was ready. These guys don't play around. He even took his time to answer my questions about my truck. He even remembered me from 6 months ago. Glen is the man and the mechanics are top self. Every dealer should strive to be like this Carolina Freightliner.

Original review : Had my truck towed in Monday at closing time because it wouldn't start. Knew it had to be some sort of computer issue. Talked to the man in charge as the hook was dropping it and I explained everything that it was doing and what I had checked. Called back the next morning just to check and see if they had checked it out yet. The woman in the service department said she hadn't but she'd try and get me in that afternoon. I called up Wednesday morning around 10 to check the status and my truck was good to go. To be an owner operator, dealership shops like this are great people to find. Quick turn around to get me back on the road. They dont tell you it'll be days or a week before they get to you like most dealers do. I live about 150 miles from them and the next time I need a dealership shop, I'm bringing my rig down...

Stay away from this shop they don't stand on there work. Brought my truck in feb 20 they first started wirh the injectors 2 thousand dollars repair bill after putting every thing back together realized that it was extensive damage to the motor warranty company supplied motor which they agreed was ok and said they would be responsible for parts. After 8 weeks They finally finish the repairs. 0ver 1900 dollars plus the cost of the motor. 140 miles after getting truck back it breaks down i call velocity and infor them the truck check engine and stop engine light came on They inform me to bring it back or take it to there raleigh shop being I was 13 miles away they took the truck and next day informed me that the parts wouldnt get there to mon 1 week later they inform the waranty company with another 19,000 Bill waranty company said they would only be responsible for 2 of the 3 items and inform them to remove the parts they put on and they will supply the parts and the other item could be cleaned i agreed 1week later they tell me truck is ready I'm about to catch a 129 mile to pick up my truck and happen to glance at the invoice. It said truck will need to be towed from the facility. 10 weeks...

this location is my personal mechanics. From front desk service to the guys who touch my truck I rock with them & trust them. They have worked on my truck since day one & we 289,948 miles in now & I only let two other shops touch my truck just to get it moving then get home and take it to Velocity. Prices of service have went up a little but I understand with inflation touching everything. Great group of ppl & a trustworthy...
