I recently had a plumbing issue that needed urgent attention, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from AquaShield and plumbing technician, Christopher. From the moment I filled out the request on their website, the team was very responsive and scheduled Christopher to come out and help. Christopher arrived on time and immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and respectful demeanor (from taking his shoes off to enter my home and cleaning up after all the work was done). He thoroughly assessed the situation (even talked to my daughter by phone to reconfirm what he was seeing), then clearly explained what needed to be done to fix the plumbing; including discussing parts, the repair process and costs. Christopher's expertise was evident and he worked efficiently to resolve the problem without any unnecessary delays or unexpected outcomes! Aquashield is terrific! Our laundry room was flooding on Thursday evening because there was a hole in the pipe. I looked online for plumbers, chose Aquashield, and sent an email message. I called around 7:30 the next morning and the lady that answered the phone was so pleasant. Scheduling was a breeze. They came out around 12:00 on that same day. I was at work, so he called me, sent text, and pictures to let know and see what the problem was. He told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost me. I agreed to the amount and he fixed it in no time. Since I was at work, he sent me a link to make my payment. He cleaned up after himself and left the area clean. We had two outdoor faucets that were damaged by the cold and leaking and a shower faucet issue. Called Aquashield Plumbing and Chris came out quickly and did a great job fixing our outdoor faucets, even going the extra mile aesthetically to make them look nicer than they ever have! Then he tackled my shower faucet and what seemed like a quick fix turned into a drawn out affair. I have to give him credit though, that stuck cartridge did not beat him! After finally getting it to break loose (from15 years of Grand Strand water deposits) he got me some hot water!!! Yay!
