I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent furniture order.

When I placed the order, I was told the delivery timeframe would be approximately 2 to 3 weeks. It ended up taking over 5 weeks. Despite the delay, I have received very minimal proactive communication from the company. I have had to initiate almost all follow-up calls myself, and each time I was given a new estimated delivery date with no clear explanation.

To add to the frustration, the initial voicemail I received from Carla was unprofessional. She was audibly eating while leaving the message, which did not instill confidence in the service I would be receiving. Furthermore, during one of my follow-up calls, when I spoke to a gentleman, I was asked, “Are you sure you are calling the right place?”, which was both dismissive and inappropriate, given that I was calling the number provided on my emailed receipt. I think he was just having a hard time finding my invoice but just showed the lack of organization within the company.

That being said, I would also like to acknowledge the positive aspects of my experience. The furniture itself is beautiful and I am genuinely pleased with its quality. I also appreciated being provided with the contact info for an alternate moving company to assist with delivery to my home. This was very convenient and helpful. This place is definitely worth a visit if you are looking for well-made furniture at a great price. It's a family owned business, and they provide excellent service. I bought a dining room set that I love. If you don't see what you want they can order it for you, and it comes in way faster than you could ever expect.
