4.5 stars there’s still a tiny bit to earn the last 1/2 ⭐️ Love our little local shop, it's the bomb dot com. We could definitely use some juicier deals on those incense sticks, but overall, I'm thoroughly stoked with every single visit except for one teensy-weensy thing. The new face seems to think it's cool to trash-talk other employees to customers, which is just a tad unprofessional, especially since the other employees have been super amazing. Even when I feel like a total doofus for asking questions, they've always hooked me up with the answers or pointed me in the right direction, super helpful, super polite, and informative. He is always smiling; he's got the best customer service skills. I love going in there and seeing him just with a positive attitude. I have went to world smoke shop for my very first time February 3rd I had a very awsome experience with there customer service as well as there prices on EVERYTHING.. highly recommend I went to every bbn single smoke shop in durango Colorado and this had to be the best places to buy...
