Baconton City Hall — Local services in Baconton

The city hall is never open. It is the only place to pay any county bill, water, county taxes, etc. It is not a holiday and on the day the water bill is due, they close early. Is the county trying to get people for late fees? I dont understand. Sue is the ONLY lady that works at the town hall. Sue is the lady with the attitude . There is someone burning copper right now and the cops won't due anything about it. This whole town looks like its on fire. The mayor is Annette Mormon ,but she is only one person and said she really can't due anything about anything.. She grew up here and retired before becoming mayor. Most of her family works for the city Baconton... Thats the problem.. This town is being mismanaged and in my opinion someone new needs elected....

NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED. When you call the phone just rings. When you try to explain a problem with her she becomes combative, you can’t ask to speak to someone else because she says there’s no else to speak with besides her, and most importantly, what about this 30.00 reconnect fee that they charge. It’s unethical to say the least! This is one of the problems you have to deal with when living in a small town and there’s no one who cares enough to correct them. On the off chance that they actually answer the phones (which is RARE) everyone I’ve spoken to is so rude. One woman in particular actually called me “dumb” and yelled at me because I couldn’t hear what she said the first time. That is not the first time I’ve been belligerently screamed at over the phone with city hall.
