My husband and I usually stop here coming from church sometimes on Sundays. Well this past Sunday August 25, 2024 I experienced prejudice at its best that’s why I gave two stars. I went into the store to purchase some chicken tenders an potato wedges, there are two ladies behind the counter one was working making pizza and the chubby girl ignored me like I didn’t exist, I told her I wanted to place an order this chic gets other people orders ready call their number then walk off. I stood there patiently because I am a civilized women and waited, I noticed she went to the back and sat down, really?, so the other girl went back there and they held a conversation, at this time I’m looking around not knowing whether to ask for a manager or what. The lady at the checkout counter just looked I’m sure she wondered WHY I was still standing there, so I asked the young girl that were making the pizzas, “ do I place my order here”, she said yes, I said, “ I was just wondering because I’ve been standing here for a while”. She took my order I went and paid for it then came back to the food counter and guess what the chubby girl had put my box together and tossed it on the counter. I opened it and looked to make sure my potato wedges and chicken was in there. This doesn’t make any sense at all I may be a different skin color, but my money spend just like yours! This attitude did not look good on you I already knew you didn’t want to “serve me”, but that’s your JOB to serve ALL customers SMH you should’ve thought about that before deciding to work with the public we are here and we aren’t...

Recently went in here on the way home from a day out in the Uwharries. It is a place I’ve always wanted to stop in and check out but my schedule and timing didn’t allow. I’m glad I stopped this past weekend. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and valued. As I was browsing the store for a snack to hold me over for a few hours until I got home, I noticed their grill. As I was looking at the menu I noticed them preparing a handmade stuffed crust pizza. I had no intention of getting anything this big but I could not resist. Come to find out, this is a new style pizza they will be offering and were practicing making this delicious creation. I’ve traveled all over the country and have experienced many amazing culinary creations at smaller off the beaten path establishments. The gentleman made a recommendation to try it with their ranch dressing. It can be hit or miss when it comes to ranch dressing but I struck gold when I dipped the hot stuffed crust pizza into the cool, creamy buttermilk ranch. I literally pulled over to enjoy this amazing snack. Actually sat on the side of the road and ate half the pizza. I will certainly make this a stop when I come through. A couple weeks ago was the first time we had ever been there and we had lunch I had a grilled chicken sandwich and fries my son had a grilled ham and cheese and fries it was great the grilled chicken tasted like it was marinated it had tomato and lettuce reminded me of chicken from chic filet my sons grilled ham and cheese was awesome an inch thick slice of ham perfectly grilled... today we stopped there for lunch and ordered the exact same things and it was horrible nasty my chicken was a tasteless boiled piece of chicken on a bun that's it my sons grilled ham and cheese was thin sliced ham grilled until it was like shoe leather and when grilling the sandwich the girl squirted oil on the grill 3 or 4 times his sandwich was so saturated it drizzled oil when he bit into it..the only thing that was any good were the fries I guess it's hard to mess them up because you drop them in the fryer and a buzzer tells you to take them out... I don't know if we just got really lucky the first visit or terribly unlucky this visit.... I really hope they get it together because it seems like a...
