Bathrooms were EXTREMEMLY dirty and needed to be cleaned. We parked in the middle of the night and slept for a few hours. The men's bathroom was "closed" for cleaning in the morning when we woke up, but there was nobody around. Women's bathroom had toilet paper pulled off almost all of the rolls and was all over the floor. I've honestly never seen a rest stop that was that bad. I've been in gas stations that were cleaner than that. I know everyone is understaffed right now, and I'm hoping that's why this is why it is the way it was. It was a good place to pull off and sleep for a few hours. Enough room for a few trucks...

Stopped to use the rest room & not only are the bathrooms disgusting & smell terrible, but the sidewalks are caked in snow. Please explain to me how a wheelchair is supposed to get through all this snow? Parking lot was bone dry with no snow, so why are the sidewalks covered & not being maintained? Let’s not forgot the mounds of snow piled from the curb to the sidewalk. Again a trip hazard & how are wheelchairs supposed to get through that. Is this rest area not handicapped accessible? Very disappointed. This is one of the worst areas...

I would like to give it the benefit of the doubt as we went on a holiday weekend but this was the worst rest area we've stopped at in a long time. The women's bathroom was disgusting, smelled like urine, floor was wet and hairy and trashy. There was no soap and at least one bathroom was inoperable while others were too gross to use. It was rough but it still got the job done. There is a stream/river of some sort outside and the kids could run free...

Definitely worth the stop. Beautiful picnic area on Loon Lake. Vending machines. Bathrooms are in desperate need of an update but were clean as they could be. Water on the floor in the stalls.

Great place to stretch your legs and look at the foliage in fall. Typical restrooms and vending but the lake made the fifteen minute break seem like a little getaway from driving.
