I truly regret taking my new vehicle here for tint. I wanted the IRX Ceramic and I thought that was what I received. Later, I found out that I was supposedly given CTX( supposedly). But I don't trust them and it may not even be the CTX. I gave one star because the rear and back looks like the 5% that I requested, but may not even be the Ceramic tint. They definitely scammed me with the front side windows. I asked for 20% or 15% on the front sides, but the big dude( may be Hispanic) that does the actual tinting and he claimed to have put on 25% after I had made it clear to him that I wanted 20 or 15 percent on the sides! I talked to the manager and I asked him why would I request 25% when the front already had factory tint of 30%! They charged me about $500 to tint my windows; that's why I thought they were tinting my windows with the IRX! I should have called around before going with them, because I now know that I could have gotten a lower price deal somewhere else. He did tell me to bring the car back after he looked at the cameras and listened to me talk to the big guy that does the tinting. I immediately turned around and drove back to them for correction on the front sides, but it still looked like the 30%or 25% after they SO CALL REDID it. I don't believe they redid the front windows the second time, but I can't prove it until I have someone strip these front windows and redo them with a much lower percentage of 10% or 5% that I want, and also do my entire front windshield in IRX of 50%. I paid my hard earned money for something that I wanted but didn't get. If my gut feelings about this business is correct, they will never win in the long run by being dishonest. After reading customer reviews and noticing who the select few were that were granted responses and what was said it only justified my rational for feeling the way I and so many others I've either spoke with in passing, whom I've explained to them how and why their audio system sounds the way it does and in most cases completely tear down, rewire, tune, and remount components correctly. All you have to do to be a great business is show the same compassion, respect, consideration, and most importantly Customer Service to the nobody who has to save for a year and use his tax return just for a $1,200.00 Budget install as you show the guy who has a business card, his/her name on the door, with his own, or someone else's money to blow and can just whip in to chat and grab a quick $5,000.00 upgrade. Read moreI've been here off and on... I have purchased 3 head units here... The last one the most expensive with Nav and all the goods.. Ben helped me select it out BUT I did ask if they had any in stock.. I didn't wanna pay full retail for the display one that's had everybody in the brother pushing, pulling, putting wear on it,etc etc on it for how ever long it was in the wall... I did not stay for the install but sure enough he pulled the display one out cause it was gone from the wall and I was very unhappy.. also I know the unit had a remote in which I wasn't provided with so I have trouble when selecting something touching the screen and the other menu bar pops up instead constantly. They last head unit before this one was also a display and after a day or so I could tell because the buttons were pressed in hard from people playing with it... I'd understand if it were the last of a model but I certainly know this was not the case and I'd like to have electronics, especially expensive ones new...
