Speaking of Gayle Battery In Baker on Plank Rd. I Own dogs so I'm not bias against dogs. But who owns a business and have a bunch of pit bulls just walking around freely unrestrained. Who does that? I ran out of gas right across the street from Gayle battery, seeing as they had golf carts & whatnot, I tested my luck and asked if I could possibly buy a gallon or two of gas from the owner. He offered to take me and my dog I had with me on his golf cart back across the street, put a few gallons of gas in my car for me, and then when I offered to pay him for the gas- he said not to worry about it! I know this may not seem like a huge deal to everyone- but in that moment, it was so kind & so helpful! The owner is kind & I will definitely be giving him my business from here forward. I purchased a battery from this business on 7-11-20 for $136.50. I charged the battery overnight. It will not hold a charge. I called the owner, Clint Gayle, at 8:15 a.m.7-13-20. He refuses to provide a refund upon return of their battery. He asserts there is some odd "warranty" that requires me to return the battery, let him charge it and if it doesn't work, send it to the manufacturer so they can try to charge it- all while he keeps my money, and I have no battery.
