My Journey to find my new Rolex took me to Wickersham Jewelers. The Experience was amazing! I would recommend shopping here for any Rolex needs or any of your other Jeweler needs as well. I am writing my full review/Story below. It is quite lengthy and I wanted anyone quickly scanning this review to not have to read the whole story.

I have been on the hunt to add a new Rolex to my collection for 3 years now. I have experienced all the horror stories everyone has heard about when I went into multiple other Rolex locations. The Snotty salesman behind the counter letting me know I did not deserve a new Rolex because I have not spent 100's of thousands of dollars at his store. Not offering to let me try on any Rolex's even though I have one on my wrist and doing everything possible to get me to leave and not waste his time.

I was going to buy some watches on the grey market, but I said lets give it one more shot. So I called Wickersham, and spoke with Haylie. She was sweet as can be, and invited me to come into the store. I live two and a half hours away so I wanted to make sure that this was not going to be a wasted trip where I would be treated like I have been for 3+ years now. Haylie assured me that it was worth my while to make the trip so she could give me the full "Rolex" experience. I was a little leary due to the fact that I had not been happy with previous experiences with multiple other authorized dealers.

I made the trip over to see Haylie. I was greeted with a smile, and a bottle of water. I was looking for 3 different watches. 1 for an employee, 1 for a friend and 1 for myself. Haylie had me try on any and all watches that I was interested in, and wrote down each model number. She assured me I did not need to buy other jewelry to get special attention. And she made it clear that I would most likely have a chance to buy all three watches I was interested in. Including two that are in the executive series. I do have to throw in that I would be willing to take a wide range of options. No one in this Rolex market should expect to be able to get what they want when they want unless it is something that is basic. And even that is a stretch.

Haylie then gave me a Rolex Catalog, which in all honesty is a book, and sent me on my merry way. I did ask her about their other location, and she encouraged me to go up to their Fresno location and let them know what models I was interested in.

I did not leave with a new watch, which I had no reason to believe I would going on this journey. But I did, for the first time in 4 years, leave with a sense of hope that I would in the not to near future be getting that Magical call telling me they have the watch that I am looking for.
