Really a shame that a liquor store/package store this nice this high-end can’t carry something as simple as a bottle of buffalo trace. I’ve been coming here since the opening as I live roughly a mile away and I have spent well over two to $3000 here in a year time. I even have a Rewards account with them. Every single time I come here I asked for a bottle of buffalo trace and I’m told that they have none yet now three times. I have come up here with a good friend of mine after coming up here myself because he told me hey man, let’s ride up there with me. I can get you a bottle they keep a Stash in the back. And now three times bringing him up here he was not wrong. They each time had a stash in the back after telling me there was no buffalo trace..

Tonight I went to get a bottle of buffalo trace and a bag of ice, and the guy with the glasses and the beard told me they did not have any buffalo trace when I voiced my frustrations with him rather than him Be any sort of understanding or helpful he instead proceeded to tell me that he thought that I was a liar and that he did not believe me

This is completely unacceptable for customer service. I’ve been up here a few times where this gentleman was Less than helpful and had a poor attitude

This place Has a ton of potential, but I will do whatever it takes to not come here until all of my buddies to not use this...

Used to be my go to liquor store. I went through the drive thru window. Ordered my drinks and the guy greeted me with a very unpleasant attitude. After i told him my order he said he was going to need a shopping cart for all that. Which my order was not big at all. After watching him get the wrong items. I decided to walk into the store and told him “If you don’t want to get my order you should have told me” after I explained to him it was the wrong items. The employee said “I’m not doing your shopping and don't argue with me” what's the point of the drive thru window?? I used to come to this store often, never going there again. These employees are so bad. Not the first time....

Loved this place. The workers were really friendly and they had a wide variety of drinks to choose from. They had several different types of salts and even alcoholic whipping cream which I just had to try and it was really good. A little too good lol. The isles had plenty of space so I didn't feel crowded in when someone else would walk down the same isle. I like to walk around looking at all of the bottles before I decide what to get and everything was well displayed and easy to read and get to. Definitely will be going back when I'm ready...
