Today is March 1st 2019. All checks for the 1st and the 3rd were available to all citizens (who receive monthly checks) plus federal income checks are also coming out to citizens. Organization of an employees time needs to oberved by management. What time do customers come into the store. At lunch time after work and when does one cashier CALL for back up. 8 customer in line with two to 3 of those customers havimg a basket full of items a second cashier is needed. Customers shouldn't need to be verbal asking if there's back up.. Then and only then does the back up appears. Some customers leave out the door and go down the street to family dollar. Not good at all. It is said that the camera is watching the store. If this is correct then the individual looking at the built of customers at the register a buzzer should be push to alert the back person. You are doing the best with the theory ' SUPPLY AND DEMAND". However the theory of swift sales is lacking by 75 %. There's always room for improvement. Excuses such as ' I was in the back doing paperwork is not an excuse' or 'I can see because there's to much items on the counter and I am unable to see how many people are in line'. That's does not set good with me. Come out periodically and check to see what's going would not hurt once in a while. Thank you...

Location And They Had Just Received Their Truck On Tuesday. I Left There And Drove To The Dollar General In Baldwin, LA And Although They Did Nit Have Any On The Shelf The Did Have Them In The Stock Room, So I Made My Purchases At That Location. It Seems As If Some Of The Employees That Work At Dollar General Are Not Willing To Go That Extra Step To Insure Their Customers Satisfaction. Not All Of Them, But Of Enough Of Them Are So Unfriendly!! That's Bad And Sad News For The Company Because W/O The Patronage Of Mostly Low Income Customers They Wouldn't Have Any Business!! Why As Consumers Do We Tolerate Such Behavior? They Monopolize Themselves In Low Income Areas And Hire Insufficient Employees Who Are From The Area But Are Lacking Geninune Compassion For It's Customers.
