My review is not pertaining to a specific class but rather an employee by the name of Deniele Malnar. I called to make a payment by phone for my son’s welding course. She did not ask me for his ID number that was listed on his payment request form, but only for his name and birthday which is fine, but she also asked me what the amount owed was, so naturally I was worried the payment was not going to the right account, so after the payment was made I asked for a confirmation number or a receipt number to which I was met with a very rude reply of “he can pick that up or you could have come in and made a payment if you wanted a receipt!” Mind you, the letter his teacher sent home stated to make a payment over the phone and listed 3 numbers to call for that. So I was merely following the instructions given by his teacher. She continued to refuse to give me any sort of confirmation for my payment and again responded that I could have came in. Not everybody has that capability and again, I followed what the letter said to do. She ended up saying she could email me (in a rude condescending tone) after someone in the background said so, to which I accepted.

She handled this so poorly and was so incredibly rude because I wanted a receipt or even just anything I could get to have proof of payment, which is a pretty standard thing when making payments over the phone. Had the payment gone to the wrong account I would not have been able to pay a second time and I work hard for my money so that my son can take...

Worst college I've ever tried attending. Tried for the Desiel Mechanic class, took the required testing, never got a call from Student Services about the class. Then looked up the class online and seen that it was from 12pm-6pm. I wouldn't call this a college. More of a glorified high school. Very unprofessional.
