Having trained at this powerlifting gym for over a year now, I can confidently say it's a five-star establishment that consistently delivers an exceptional experience. The progress I've made during this time is a testament to the gym's effective training environment. However, what truly sets this gym apart is its sense of community. Over the past year, I've formed lasting friendships with fellow lifters who share the same passion for powerlifting. The camaraderie and support we provide one another are invaluable. It's not just a place to lift weights; it's a second home where we challenge ourselves, celebrate victories, and motivate each other through the tough days.
Additionally, the gym's clean and well-organized layout continues to make every workout enjoyable. The management team takes great pride in maintaining a space that is conducive to focused training, and it's evident in the attention to detail.
Overall training at this gym for over a year has been a transformative experience. It's not just a gym; it's a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about strength and progress. I wholeheartedly recommend this gym to anyone seeking a supportive environment, expert guidance, and top-quality equipment to achieve their powerlifting goals.
Thanks for providing us a home...
Read moreI love this place. At first I was intimidated because it appeared to be for bodybuilders which I am not. I would say that the true bodybuilders and competitors are maybe 25% of the peeps here. It’s never super crowded so even at its busiest times I’m never waiting for equipment. People get on work out and get off nobody sitting around taking videos of themselves, although I understand that is allowed since our some competitors here. The place is always clean and I’m always motivated by the serious gym goers when I’m coming in to work out, even on the days where I really really don’t feel like it. I’m not sure that this is a place for somebody. Who’s a complete novice as nobody’s gonna walk you around and show you all of the equipment, but there are plenty of trainers around should you be...
Read moreFrederick has yet to have a gym specific to barbell and physique athletes. This was a welcome addition to the lifting community in the area who before would have had to drive 40+ miles to train with premium powerlifting equipment or have a proper bodybuilding environment. 24/7 access. Posing room. Full kitchenette and office for the modern remote work employee. Also a USAPL friendly gym that hosts state level & novice level powerlifting meets.
This is a gym for those who know the benefit of training in a hardcore environment surrounded by competitors and serious lifters. You pay a premium for a premium product. If you’re just a general fitness enthusiast who is content with your current level of fitness or you cannot justify the price of membership, this gym probably wasn’t...
