Key City Hobby — Local services in Ballenger Creek

I finally made it to Key City Hobby today. I saw them online a few weeks ago and have been trying to make it down. Wow! This place is awesome. I wish it wasn’t two hours from me but I guarantee you I’ll be make the trip regularly. They have a nice fully stocked hobby store and an even better outside area with the most epic rock crawling course I’ve ever seen. They also have an awesome drift course set up and even a professional Sim racing setup for two players. The owner AJ was very friendly and helpful with any questions. My first visit today with the family in tow. It was a recon mission only, as we didn't come with any of our rigs. It was definitely worth the 45 minute drive! The hobby shop area was filled with a nice variety or RTRs, parts, etc. I had a very nice conversation with one of the staff (owner?), who was knowledgeable and also clearly a fan of the hobby which was great. Wow!!! I can't express enough just how amazing this place is the owner AJ and staff are amazing and so helpful. I went in today for the axial capra that I have been dying to get and they got me all squared away,had I not had to be somewhere I would have definitely gotten the buggy on the rock crawling course,I just cannot wait to go back!!!
