Perennial Vacation Club — Local services in Bandera

Our whole family enjoys this resort because it has spacious rooms that keep a rustic feel well. We ave stayed in the winter, fall, and most recently, during the late spring for Memorial Day weekend. It is usually peaceful and very quiet, with great hiking and camping at nearby parks.

The staff, especially Elvira, is great. For example, the last weekend we stayed it flooded (worst rains in 20 years, with record flooding and storms that hit nearby Wimberley and Austin, as well) and we were unable to cross the bridge, which goes over the Medina river, to get out of the condo area. The whole staff worked very hard to ensure that people were comfortable by providing food, updates on the progress of crossing the bridge, and even free coffee in the morning. The staff never left the premises until people were able to leave, as well. In short, they did much more than they had to, especially considering the circumstances.

A vacation here every year practically and it's a great girls trip. I love how it's quiet. It's chill if you want to go into town. It's not that far. Great shops. Great people. Elvira and the staffer amazing. I absolutely love the pool so refreshing.

My only wish is TVs need to be upgraded to Smart TVs with the apps. I always have to bring my fire stick with me to this property. Also as maintenance fees go up, I think upgrades need to be made as well like new mattresses. Also as technology goes up, more USB ports need to be put in.

I usually stay in the one bedroom which is very big and spacious. However, do know if you book the two bedroom two bath you've got a lot of stairs and I mean a lot of stairs.

The views are spectacular and usually it's cooler up in the Hill country than it is in the city. I do highly recommend the property! I must I come...

I love this place. Relaxing for adults and fun for kids. Older kids. Our son is almost 9 and is always ready for action. The condo is awesome. The office staff gives you a key to the office 24 hours so you can pick out books, play ping pong, watch TV, play chess or anything. The view from the pool is awesome and you are on top of a huge cliff. It would be perfect if the river had water but what can you do about that? Great location to other hill country towns and pretty close to San Antonio too. DVD player and DirecTV in every unit. Full kitchen, washer and dryer too.
