Kool Design Maker — Local services in Barberton

You know, I used Kool Design Maker many, many times when I ran an independent online literary service from 2005-2010. Their graphic design work was the best online in my book at the time & their customer service was first-rate too. Fast forward to today as recent as December 2022, I've retired from the literary scene and only care about and work on are pet project these days. I recently requested and paid for some quick edits to a few designs Kool Design Maker did for me in 2016 or 2017 and I have yet to receive those edits or a refund. This current behavior is definitely not what I'm use to from them. As of the date of this review, I have not received a response to any follow up emails I've sent about either an explanation or when I can expect receipt of the edits I was quoted and paid for. I guess a lot has changed or happened internally with this company. All I have to say now to anyone considering Kool Design Maker is to just think twice about using them especially when there are so many more reliable design teams and services available to...

Nope. Stop lying to the public. This is NOT a good company. It's the lies and deception of people hiding behind the mask because of the pandemic. Just a way to get money to pay their bills. They stole money from me and didn't even know what I ordered after I payed in full. They didn't even have a clue as to what they were to print and send to me. They won't even answer the phone. I'm sure they are out of business and still taking orders just for the money. THERE IS NO KOOL DESIGN MAKER. And they refused to fix the problem and decided to keep my money anyway. Sorry that I even went with this company to make envelopes for me. Never got them. They keep saying they will check with the printing department and get back to me, or we're sorry we will refund your money. I showed the receipt and still nothing.
