While making my purchase, an item scanned came up as a penny. Jessica, the cashier made a scene by stopping the transaction and started yelling "Catrina" repeatedly. The lady which I'm assuming is Catrina, came up and scanned the item with a handheld device and whispering to the cashier like I discovered something that wasn't allowed. After a few disappointing looks, they continued the transaction. This store is almost always a mess, the shelves are in chaos with product moved around all over or not in stock at all.
