I personally would give this organization a zero if I could. We were not allowed to give a cat a forever loving home due to the fact that our barely 1 year old puppy isnt fixed. And even after we explained that he isnt fixed so that his bones can reach full strength and maturity and explained that he is so well behaved he roams the house freely with no accidents ever, never runs away, and we have had many people and our vet mention how well behaved he is they said no to giving a cat a loving home because an animal of a different species wasnt fixed. Our dog grew up with a cat in the home. We gave a cat 3 more years of life after adopting her from a shelter that was about to put her down in 6 weeks due to her age. Seriously anyone, out there should take their business else where, I just feel awful for the cats who are being...

If I am ever looking to add another cat or kitten to my home, I would...

We saw the bag, but it was dark and we never could have imagined there was a kitten inside. š By the next morning it had torn its way out and was crying and cold under our back porch. We tried for two days but couldnāt get the kitten out. We live in an area with lots of coyotes and the weather was freezing and wet. It had little chance of survival. Johnson County Community Cats trapped this poor dumped baby quickly and safely. Our community is very lucky...
