Well, I guess I came on a bad Sunday. I usually go out here for some peace and quiet. As soon as I got into the parking lot, I heard this guy and his family CRANKED UP HIS MUSIC REALLY LOUD THROUGH A LARGE SPEAKER ATTATCHED TO A GENERATOR that you could hear all throughout the forest. I asked the person at the gate if something could be done. She said that all of the forest wardens were not there yet at the forest. I felt very bad for the wildlife in the area. I probably won't be back...

So today I came out to People's State Forest and there is a huge parking lot for this area then I headed out on a trail from the all trails at that took me and around in a loop definitely a beautiful hike with a little bit of elevation I was out here hiking 3 to 4 hours took my time and enjoyed the beautiful scenery around me definitely a moderate hike there are two viewpoints at the top also a couple benches if you need to rest along the way.
