I recently purchased my baby havanese puppy from Squaw Creek and from beginning to end it was an extremely pleasant and smooth transaction!! 1st and foremost, Ed and Pattie both were kind and educational when it came to selecting a puppy and explaining how the process would go. We visited and chose our furbaby! We paid our deposit and were able to pay the balance when our baby turned 10 weeks old and were able to pick him up. However, I'm indecisive and Ed was so patient with us in allowing us to take the time needed to choose our baby! Then when I arrived to pick him up they had several appointments and still took their time with me to give thorough care instructions, gave me all of his paperwork showing his bloodline, the health he and his parents are in along with food and an antibiotic after the neutering to get us started in the transition. The establishment was clean and my puppy healthy! I will and have recommended them to several people already and will continue to do so!! Thank you to all for making this such an easy process and for offering me to call anytime with any questions!! I haven't forgotten and will send pics as he grows!!...
Read moreI bought a beautiful, dainty apple head chihuahua from Ed, Squaw Creek Kennel Owner and Operator. She is a dream come true, very healthy, very well socialized, precious, absolutely precious. My personal vet gave her a very thorough exam and I have one very healthy puppy ☺️ Two thumbs up 👍 👍 Ed puts so much interest, time, effort and love into his babies. The bonding room is the best. And it don’t end there, Ed calls to check in and see how your puppy is adjusting to its new home. Always just a phone call away to answer question. He don’t just leave you habging with a new puppy. He is pretty strict about when you can bring them home, I tried to talk him into a sooner bring home date, he wasn’t having it. However he did allow me weekly visits, 💕 He makes sure his puppies are fully weaned, on food and he don’t rush them. He allows them the crucial littermate time to learn proper bite inhibition and etc. Thank You Ed , for my precious baby girl ❤️ I truly look forward to another adding another apple head baby from you to my home. I am blessed to have met you in my life. We need to do pumpkin bars and coffee again. 😉 How do I add a picture of my...
Read moreThis “breeder” sold many puppies to a pet store several years ago where I purchased a Siberian husky. Not AKC registered, not tested for congenital abnormalities or even healthy. Two days after being home, she was bleeding from her nose, severely sick but I refused to give up on her. Then at only one year old, severe hip dysplasia and she could not even walk. After thousands of dollars and trips to the vet trying to save her, she succumbed to her “puppy mill” breeding and only lived for 6 years. Squaw kennels has BLOCKED me from further contacting them when I confronted them. They deny being a puppy mill but a simply google search will tell you all you need to know about their animals and who they are. A real breeder does not have 300+ dogs on their property unless it’s simply for money. Please DO NOT purchase a dog from them unless you plan to not become attached to animals and know they will not live a normal, healthy life. I miss my...
