Joe's Brook Farm — Local services in Barnet

Just what we had hoped for. Stopped here a few times while visiting Vermont, based on a recommendation, and glad we did. Seasonal fresh Organic vegetables that taste like they were meant to, beautiful flowers as well, and even some meat and eggs. Basically whatever is in season and fresh. Oh and they even make fresh local Maple syrup too! So good! All set in a cute 150 yr old barn. And even though it is a self serve stand, we happened to catch the owners on time when we stopped by during the CSA pickup day, and they couldn’t be nicer....

Great produce, had our onions and spring mix already and just amazing quality. Prices are very fair and it's a nice drive to visit them.

Wish there was one person to talk to though. Went on a Saturday to see the green house, this is our 1st year in Vermont and I just had a couple of planting questions. We saw 2 employees come back but they were pretty busy and didn't really say anything back when we said hi. Guess I need a less self service plant...
