The food is really good. It's my second time visiting but the service is really slow. The first time I waited 20 min before someone came to take my order and it was because my husband got up and looked for a staff member after that we waited 40 min for the appetizers and 30 more for the food. The food was really good so we decided to give it a second chance. The second visit we waited 15 min before we went to a staff member to take our order. (Nobody came to the table before that and we were sitting at the side of the entrance for the staff) after that we waited 40 min again for the drinks and while I'm writing this review I'm still waiting on the food and it's been an hour and a half! Even though the food is really good and the place is really clean and they have a good protocol for the Covid I will not come back till they don't organize the waiters by area. There's easily 8 waiters and they all attend to all the tables There's no...

Just order a Rib Eye well done, A New York strip medium rare. Both were prepare to perfection. Baked potato loaded with butter for both. Asked for sour cream and the person who took my call said he wasn’t sure that they had. They did. Good service. Minor thing to improve. I have to asked if this was the place. Don’t remember the name of the person or if the person said who he was. He was very polite and very helpful. Got there and was a little confused as to where to go. I was told that someone will come to my car and show me where I park. I went close to the food truck and have to get someone to asked what I had to do. The staff were extremely nice. The cutlery was of very poor quality. And this is the only thing that I found disappointed. I definitely will go back. Thank you for...

OK at the least. Nice surroundings. Lots of options bar, coffee shop, toy store, and restaurant. The food, at least what we ordered, was edible but could have been much better. Kids mac & cheese was watery and had a slight taste of garlic as if it was mixed using the same utensil used to season other foods The mofogo with churrasco (skirt steak) even though it was cut to shreds was "chewy" had to much nerve, my wife left most of it. Finally I had the grilled chicken breast with fries. It was a large portion, but lacked seasoning almost tastless. Food at the restaurant was very expensive! All in all I don't think the one and a half hour trip from San Juan was worth it. Food 2 stars, ...

Wow! What a great place. First time visiting and truly worth the drive. Located in the mountains of Barranquitas, this is a beautiful restaurant with lots of open spaces. It has been remodeled after Hurricane Maria and it shows. Everything looks new and well thought out. Huge parking lot, outdoor bar and seating, and a really nice restaurant. The Parcha Mojito was delicious but the house specialty is the Parcha Sangria. It was outstanding! The food is ridiculously good and the portions are HUGE. We ordered the churrasco, recommended by our bartender (who is also the manager) and it was a winner!!! Needless to say we will gladly visit again. Good job guys!

I added a picture of my ' medium rare 20 oz porterhouse steak' if you're going to have 'steak house' on your name, you need to at least know how to cook a steak. The place looks ok and had live music, it had a good vibe to it. But it's not a steak house. The mofongo was on point though. So if you're going to drive through all those curvy small roads for a steak house, you'll be highly disappointed. If you're going just for the oversized plates and Instagram posts, you'll be less disappointed. From the rest of my famy I gathered that you'll be fine ordering seafood and mofongo. Everything else is just ok at best.
