My recent stay was a study in contrasts, with moments of genuine comfort unfortunately overshadowed by a significant lapse in housekeeping. On the positive side, the room itself was quite agreeable. The layout was spacious, providing ample room to unwind without feeling confined. The true highlight, however, was the shower. The water pressure was superb—strong and consistent, turning a simple shower into a genuinely restorative experience. It's one of those small details that frequent travelers come to appreciate immensely. The positive impression, however, came to an abrupt halt upon discovering what appeared to be blood spatter on one of the hand towels and, more unsettlingly, on the fitted sheet. While accidents happen, this discovery unfortunately made it impossible for me to be comfortable spending the night in the room. Fortunately, the primary purpose of my visit was to enjoy the casino, which proved to be a lively and well-managed establishment. This is the worst place to eat. We waited 20 minutes at the unmarked pick-up desk. Then finally someone addressed us and told us where we were supposed to go. There were only three couples in the food area who had already been served. Every table in the area was dirty, there was food on the floor and a pizza tray left out. Our specific table had not been wiped down. We were seated at 9pm, there were crumbs and the receipt from the previous people from an hour and 40 minutes earlier. Then we waited 12 minutes for the server to come get our drink order. Finally, after she came back to get our food order, we waited another 38 minutes for the food to finally arrive. Two other couples came in 15 minutes after us and were served before us. The food we were served was unedible. My wife ordered the 1/4 inch thick chicken strips with french fries that were cooked to death. I ordered the chicken fettuccine that was served cold on an ice cold plate. The server tried to get the manager to come talk to us about our meal, but they flat refused to come out and speak to us....

So with several locations thru the state of Oklahoma, i spent my 1 time at the Bartlesville location, and I have to say it was a disappointment!! If your not from here you may be lead to the old address off of Allen St! Boo.. The customer service was AWFUL! Not 1 server asked us if we wanted a beverage..so we went to the bar to fulfill our thrist! Boo!!!!

3rd. The good thing about the new place, which if you have Google type in " New Osage Casino" and you will see a well lit parking lot off of 66 West!

4th..They are open 24/7 and plenty of parking for casino players and those who stay at the Hotel.

5th.. My personal experience with Indian casinos have been mostly positive, but seriously..GET RID OF THE SMOKING!! ITS 2023!! YOUR LOSING MONEY IF YOU DONT SEPARATE FROM NON-SMOKERS!!
